After long favouring internal promotion, we're changing strategy to attract new talent and new partners, here with the goal of reopening the Condrieu restaurant as soon as possible.

The Manager position

Under the direction of the manager and the area manager, you'll have the mission of running the Condrieu restaurant.

Training provided by us

Your tasks: – Prepare the orders – Supervise the person or people of the Condrieu team – Manage stock – Be the guarantor of the quality of the work, the cleaning and customer service – Do the till

Knowledge of catering is a plus but no prior training is mandatory.

Your profile: – Dare to get started and take responsibility – Be rigorous and autonomous. – Like contact with customers and the feeling of a job well done – Be sociable and like working in a team.

Training for 2 months at the Vienne and Roussillon restaurants. – In Japanese cuisine – In managing a service – In managing a restaurant – Gradually, in all the necessary tasks.

Working time: 39 h from Wednesday to Sunday. Pay: €1,500 net

FAQ > I have no experience in catering, can I apply? Yes; while it's true that experience in catering is a real plus, it's not a mandatory condition. Among our best people, many had their first catering experiences with Kajiro.

> I've never been a manager, is that an obstacle? No, you'll be trained to acquire the necessary skills. The manager and the area manager will support you gradually to delegate to you only the tasks you've learned and mastered.

> Is two months enough? Yes, the technique will be learned more quickly and we give ourselves time to put it into practice well. Moreover, you'll be supported by experienced people during the first weeks.

> What are the working days? Normally from Wednesday lunchtime to Sunday evening, closed Sunday lunchtime.
