Sushi Condrieu becomes Kajirō Sushi Condrieu!

Since June 2018, Sushi Condrieu has been bringing the traditional flavours of Japan straight to your town. Today, the restaurant takes on a new name: Kajirō Sushi Condrieu!

Why this change of name?

There are two main reasons for this decision.

First and foremost, this new name further emphasises the restaurant's traditional side. Kajirō is a common given name in Japan. And, as a bonus, it means “snacking”. How could we choose a name more in keeping with the culinary art?

Our second reason is more pragmatic. It actually lets us announce some excellent news: we are currently thinking about and working on opening another restaurant during 2019. And “a second restaurant” obviously means “the need for a distinctive brand” that can be adapted to each town. So we are laying the groundwork for this new project, every bit as exciting as the opening of the first Kajirō Sushi in Condrieu was!

We will tell you more as the project progresses. Until then, come and see us at Kajirō Sushi Condrieu for a treat!
