Position to be filled in late August or early September in Vienne.
Duties:
- Welcome customers
- Advise on the menu and products
- Take orders
- Prepare orders for eat-in and takeaway
- Ensure the cleanliness of the reception and dining area at all times
- Take part in the end-of-day cleaning
Then, depending on your involvement, kitchen duties with internal training:
- Preparing the ingredients: cabbage salad, miso soup, cutting vegetables, preparing the rice
- Preparing maki, california rolls and other rolls
- Organising and cleaning the worktop
- Taking part in cleaning the kitchen
Opening hours:
Working time 20 h per week. Thursday to Monday evening or Friday to Tuesday evening, 6:30 pm – 10:30 pm
Experience and training:
Experience at the till or in the kitchen is a plus, but training is provided internally in all cases. Beginners accepted; motivation and the wish to commit for the long term and to progress are the essential factor.
Knowledge and know-how.
Good presentation, hygiene, a smile, tone and intensity of voice. Communicate, exchange. Be attentive to and respectful of the customers, the team, the equipment and the schedule.
Pay
€10.03 gross per hour
